Incredible experience there. Well priced neighboring hotel with separate bedrooms. Nice staff, free wake up calls and ironing. Exceptionally comfortable beds & big size rooms. The most important - marvellous location right on the parkway. Based very close to the Sugarlands visitor center as well as the stores.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Pigeon Forge called Riverside Motor Lodge. My purpose of travel was to visit Dollywood, and this hotel couldn't be located in a better place when it comes to accessibility to the theme park and nearby entertainment and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the elevators were fast. An added bonus was the bird in the lobby that greeted guests with a friendly "Hello!" The rooms were surprisingly spacious and clean, with a mini-fridge that kept our drinks cold, and the towels were amazingly soft. Another great feature of the rooms was the full kitchen with all the necessary cookware. Plus, the hotel has a divider in the room, perfect for families looking for some extra privacy.

The location of this hotel was excellent, right in the heart of Pigeon Forge. We had easy access to all the attractions and restaurants in the area. Additionally, the room had a fireplace and a jacuzzi, which were great amenities to have during our stay. The view from our room was also really beautiful, with mountains in the backdrop.
We were not happy with the mattress in our room. It was uncomfortable and caused us to have a restless sleep.
